Release notes 4.69.850
- NEW FEATURE New filter window if you have previously activated the appropiate option in aGora's Control Panel (Preferences > General optiones > Show preselection (filter) window in searches). This window will be shown when using the 'Locate' button of every edit window.
- NEW FEATURE New batch process added: Batch calculation of total number of hours per course group. This batch process can be found in Courses > Batch processes > Course groups > Recalculate total number of hours per course group.
- NEW FEATURE New field (Delay) added to attendance reports.
- NEW FEATURE New functionality added in update process 'Tools > Other updates > Bills and incoming payments > Update student name in bills'. Now this update process also updates the student name in bills related to sales, not just in bills related to contracts
- NEW FEATURE New functionality added in agenda events: now, when selecting a course/course group to link to the event, the software will take into account if said event has a student/customer linked already. If that's the case, the software will ask the user to choose if the courses/course groups to be shown are to be selected only from those the student/customer is enrolled in, or all of the courses/course groups.
- NEW FEATURE Multifactor Authentication for Office365 and Google have necessitated some changes in the software. Now, accounts using this MultiFactor Authentication CAN be configured in aGora for e-mail sending and reception (with the caveat that, for Google mail accounts, the new coding does NOT allow receiving e-mail in aGora). Since the process to configure each account is relatively complex, we advise that whenever you need to configure one such account, you contact our Support Department in order to help you along the process.
- NEW FEATURE The main menu search bar now takes into account cases where the searched name/surname has an accent and the searched text does not include said accent. The reverse case worked fine, but now this is also taken into account. For aGora software based in JET database architecture (Access), this new functionality will only work on operating systems which include an updated msjetoledb40.dll library (Windows 11 or Windows Server 2025 onwards).
- NEW FEATURE Personal data deletion process now includes new tables: now it can delete personal data from pre-enrollments and pre-sales. In addition, if you choose to substitute the name and surname for a series of asterisks, every table related to the affected pre-enrolments or pre-sales which also has name/surname will have said names/surnames substituted too.
- FIXING SOURCE Corrected an error that ocurred when creating a new lodging when in the lodging reservation's edit window.
- FIXING SOURCE Corrected an error that ocurred when editing an existing lodging when in the lodging reservation's edit window.
