AGORA RELEASE NOTES

We want to thank all our aGora users that contribute the launch of new versions and program compilations with their inestimable suggestions.

Through the release notes you will view some novelties added to the updates and new versions of the program. These novelties expand aGora constantly, providing it of improved stability, new functionalities, solved errors, etc.

  • NEW FEATURE Added development in the updates of the new application versions, if the user who opened aGora doesn't have access permission to the item Support Web, the download and installation won't be allowed for that user.
  • NEW FEATURE Added fields of student nationality and teacher in the diploma. If in the diploma it has been chosen to add a subject, the teacher linked to that subject will be added; if it has been chosen to add assessment results, the teacher linked to that assessment result will be added; in other case, the teacher linked to the group will be added.
  • NEW FEATURE Added new query in sales: Details of products/services in sales with beneficiaries
  • NEW FEATURE Added the possibility of painting the planning with the teacher colour
  • NEW FEATURE Added the possibility to add in the document the detail in the student file and the teacher photo for all those aGora installments which are not SQL SERVER.
  • NEW FEATURE Added the student's photo in the list of the query Teaching information of contracts
  • NEW FEATURE Added in the students, employees and/or customers list options the possibility to add the photo in the document of list in those program installations which are not SQL SERVER, in these ones it worked previously. It has been also added in the query windows.
  • NEW FEATURE Changed document of the detail inside the edit window in the query of Student record to allow the creation of a document with the student's photo and with the customized data of some of the record sections.
  • NEW FEATURE Changed document of the detail inside the edit window in the query of Teacher record to allow the creation of a document with the teacher's photo and with customized data of some of the record sections.
  • NEW FEATURE Added the date of the day in which the bill is printed and te incoming payment bill as a field to be able to select it in the document.
  • NEW FEATURE Added the possibility to stablish the limit date for the progression economic statistics to calculate the last 12 months up to the indicated date and not only today's as it was since now.
  • NEW FEATURE Added second e-mail field in the employee/teacher file
  • NEW FEATURE Added query Teachers by group
  • NEW FEATURE Added advanced managements buttons in the list of Sent e-mails management, to access the student's, customer's, employee's, etc. file to which an email was sent faster.
  • NEW FEATURE Added possibility to link the courses to the expenses. The same way that groups are linked, it has also been added the possibility to be able to link the course, without having to link the group.

  • NEW FEATURE Aggiunti nuovi campi nel personale, nei fornitori, nei gruppi e nei dettagli delle spese, in modo da poter escludere le spese nel calcolo della redditività
  • FIXING SOURCE There was a bug in the query incoming payments by student that caused an error in the jerarquic document of the SQL SERVER editions of aGora.
  • FIXING SOURCE There was a bug in the query Students by session tra dates that caused mistakes in the results shown.
  • FIXING SOURCE There was a bug in the query Totals of students by group between dates that caused mistakes in the results shown.
  • FIXING SOURCE There was a bug in the window Advanced management of employees, commercials and teachers in the SQL SERVER editions of aGora in combination with the new signature field. If the control panel option "Connections optimization" was activated, the window wan't charging correctly.
  • FIXING SOURCE Solved bug in the email sending process, when fields were combined, there was a SPAM tag left and the Gmail accounts which received the email could see a line jump at the end of the combined field.
  • FIXING SOURCE Solved bug when sending emails containing combined fields from an enquiry, if the combined field had accents of special characters, the customer was receiving strange characters.
