AGORA RELEASE NOTES

We want to thank all our aGora users that contribute the launch of new versions and program compilations with their inestimable suggestions.

Through the release notes you will view some novelties added to the updates and new versions of the program. These novelties expand aGora constantly, providing it of improved stability, new functionalities, solved errors, etc.

  • NEW FEATURE New parameter: "Areas of interest", linked to Enquiries
  • NEW FEATURE New student attendance register added "Record in batch with timetables", which allows the day/time of the class to be shown in the title.
  • NEW FEATURE New filters added on the automated generation of invoices
  • NEW FEATURE New batch process that allows the mass deletion of assessment results
  • NEW FEATURE Subjects have been added as a new field in Enquiries, representing the subject the enquirer has shown interest in
  • NEW FEATURE New query: "Enquiries by area of interest"
  • NEW FEATURE New filters added to the batch generation of student attendance registers.
  • NEW FEATURE E-mails or SMS sent from queries related to assessment results will now be linked with the assessed student.
  • NEW FEATURE New parameter: "Action types". New action types can be created, but the default ones cannot be changed or deleted for coherency reasons.
  • NEW FEATURE 0% VAT types can now be created.
  • NEW FEATURE New field added to Customers which allows a default incoming payment type for invoices created for each customer.
  • NEW FEATURE New field added to Invoices. This field will contain the invoice's item descriptions, and will be automatically filled with the instalments' descriptions of the bills included in the invoice.

  • FIXING SOURCE Solved bug which caused that incoming payments, when issued via certain options, had no linked sale ID
  • FIXING SOURCE Solved bug that, when terminating course groups without a specified end date, caused the termination date in the Course Groups list window to remain as "Undefined".
  • FIXING SOURCE Solved bug which happened when removing filters in some items in management windows.

  • FIXING SOURCE Solved bug that caused the credit of the banks/cash registers to be miscalculated when changing the date of any manually created transaction.
  • FIXING SOURCE Solved bug which happened when creating a manual transaction between cash registers/bank accounts, assigning a wrong date to the balancing entry automatically created.
  • FIXING SOURCE Solved bug that ocurred when deselecting the category or type assigned to a course when editing said course.
  • FIXING SOURCE Corrected an oversight which caused the invoices sent via e-mail to the customers not to show on their related Management windows, under the "Sent e-mails" item. Now they are shown correctly.
