AGORA RELEASE NOTES

We want to thank all our aGora users that contribute the launch of new versions and program compilations with their inestimable suggestions.

Through the release notes you will view some novelties added to the updates and new versions of the program. These novelties expand aGora constantly, providing it of improved stability, new functionalities, solved errors, etc.

Release notes 4.62.780

  • NEW FEATURE Added possibility to make Skype© or VoIP calls from aGora, without needing to copy and paste the phone number from aGora to the calling program. This option is only valid for desktop versions and only if the Skype or VoIP software is installed in the computer.
  • NEW FEATURE Added possibility to make VoIP calls with Aircall© . This option is only available from the GOLD edition.
  • NEW FEATURE New Social Networks fields have been added for the tabs of Students, Customers, Staff, Suppliers, Requests, Pre-enrolments and Pre-sales.
  • NEW FEATURE New options have been added in the control panel item "Sending mails" to establish default parameters in the e-mail sending of invoices, enrolments, newsletters, etc. ..... In this way, many questions can be avoided when carrying out the process.
  • NEW FEATURE Added new button in the student's file that clones the data of it's associated customer's file with its student's data. You can choose to either clone only fields in which its counterpart field is blank and privacy data, or clone all data, overwriting existing data if necessary.

  • NEW FEATURE Added new field in Products/Services that indicates if the item is a product. If this option is not activated, it will be managed as a servic
  • NEW FEATURE Added possibility, when selling products/services in bulk, of assigning more than one product/service to the sale. Previously only one product/service could be selected.
  • NEW FEATURE Added possibility to printing a list of mails adding the body (text) of the mail as a field.
  • NEW FEATURE Added new link between groups and products/services. Its purpose is mainly to streamline the process of selling products/services.
  • NEW FEATURE Added the possibility of creating a product/service sale using a customer's contract as basis. The resulting sale will include every product linked to any of the contract's course groups.
  • NEW FEATURE Allergies and medication fields have been added as selectable fields in queries about students.
  • NEW FEATURE Added the option to create tasks in aGora associated to any staff of the database, instead of just to staff with an associated aGora user.
  • NEW FEATURE New fields have been added to the Enrolment teaching information query. Fecha de inicio de la matrícula en el grupo, fecha de fin de la matrícula en el grupo, tipos de grupos, códigos de expediente de matrícula, de alumno y de cliente…
  • NEW FEATURE Added new filters in the pre-selection of criteria for the consultation of Enrolment teaching information: Contains the group..., Contains the course..., Contains the type of group...
  • NEW FEATURE Añadidos campos de fecha de inicio grupo/sesión, fecha de fin grupo/sesión, nif del profesor y número de alumnos en los partes de asistencia (diarios, semanales y mensuales)
  • NEW FEATURE Added new block processes Eliminate discounts and Eliminate surcharges.
  • NEW FEATURE Modified automations of Change client in grades and Change clients in attendance so that they can choose between a specific client or use the current client of the associated enrolment.
