Software requirements

The current aGora version (v.4.65.810) requires to its proper working, any of the following OS to be installed in the system:

Note: For the Platinum edition it is necessary to have installed Microsoft® SQL Server® 2008 Express or higher.

  • Intel/AMD 1.5 GHz processor
  • 2 GB RAM memory
  • 1 GB free in the hard disk
  • 1.024 x 768 screen resolution
  • Internet connection

Recommended

  • Intel/AMD 2.6 GHz processor
  • 4 GB RAM memory
  • 4 GB free in the hard disk
  • 1.280 x 1.024 screen resolution or higher
  • Internet connection
Hardware requirements

REQUIREMENTS FOR AGORA.CLOUD

Software requirements

To run the services provided by aGora.cloud, the free application "Windows App" (formerly Microsoft® Remote Desktop) or Remote Desktop Connection 7.0 or higher utility is required.

The Microsoft® Windows App application is available for the following operating systems:

  • Windows® 10 versión 19044.0 o posterior
  • Mac OS X® 12.0 o posterior

The Microsoft® Remote Desktop application is available for the following operating systems:

  • Windows® 8.1 or higher
  • Mac OS X® 10.7 or higher, 64-bit processor

The Remote Desktop Connection 7.0 client is available for download from the Microsoft® Download Center for the following operating systems:

  • Windows® XP SP3
  • Windows Vista® SP1

Remote Desktop Connection 7.0 or higher is already included in the following operating systems:

  • Windows® 7
  • Windows Server® 2008 R2
  • Windows® Home Server 2011
  • Windows® 8
